Coronavirus High Risk Patients
Highest risk patients who test positive are now required to contact their GP, 111 or their specialist for consideration of referral for assessment for treatment.
They are no longer automatically contacted by the NHS.
Practices are reminded to promptly refer on receipt of a request from an eligible patient as eligible patients should receive treatment within 5 days of a positive Covid test.
Please continue to use the referral forms already in your clinical systems, the link to the referral pathway and criterion can also be found on:Covid : North West London ICS (nwlondonicb.nhs.uk)
