Patients can contact the practice via our online service, simply fill in the online consultation form by clicking on the amber box below to start your E-Consultation. Please note the practice will only be accepting the following via e-consult:
- NON urgent medical treatment/care
- Prescription requests
- Sick notes
- All Administrative enquires.

A fast, safe way to consult a GP
*Please note your request may be dealt with by a doctor outside of your practice as part of the Brent Harness and Kilburn Networks. If you prefer not to share your information in this way, you can continue to call your practice during normal working hours.
Once your E-consult form is received, a member of the admin team will confirm receipt within (1 Working Day) of you submitting the e-consultation.
The admin staff or clinicians will review your consultation form, and will reply within 1-5* working days with either a booked Face2Face appointment date & time, Telephone appointment date and time, SMS advice or treatment information.
E-CONSULTATION IS AVAILABLE MON-FRI 8-6.30PM, NOT ON WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS.

The NHS will get in touch when it’s your turn to be vaccinated – please do not contact the Surgery before then. Find out more about the vaccine.
That means if you have a routine appointment or query via the telephone or on e-consult this may be cancelled and all future requests for accessing the service will be screened & triaged for URGENT requests ONLY!!! All other NON-essential (non-urgent) requests may have a delay as to when the practice gets back to you.
We APOLOGISE in advance for any delay or inconvenience caused to you.

- Serious acute illness and deterioration in long term conditions (Urgent care)
- Supporting digitally excluded/extremely clinically vulnerable patients
- Ensuring essential drug medicines monitoring
- Care home support
- Supporting Mental health and Learning Disability patients
Covid-19 VACCINATION UPDATE!!!
In light of the new Omicron variant, it is important that you protect yourself and your family, if you haven't had your 1st, 2nd, or Booster dose then without further a delay go to any local vaccine Centre or pharmacy. For More Information please see COVID-19 INFO! Tab on home screen.
To protect both our staff and patients, we kindly would like to ask patients to ONLY come to the practice if it is essential and for appointments please try to come on time and not any earlier, however if unable too please call the surgery on 0208 905 0894. This means that if you require an appointment you will first need to complete an e-consult for or call the practice and provide certain information about your symptoms.
Please do not come in to the surgery unless you have gone through the triage process and the Doctor has asked you to come in and have a face to face appointment.
