During December, Covid infections have risen sharply in London and this has led to increased demand for hospital care.
Please be aware the NHS 111 service is currently under extreme pressure in our area. So we are open as normal Mon-Fri 8am to 6.30pm, except on weekends and bank holidays.
If you need non-covid medical help this weekend, please call your practice on 0208 9050894 at any time - you will be advised of the extended hours GP service for your area or contact the Access Hub at Central Middlesex on 0209 146 2044.
Please call the out of hours number after 6.30pm Mon-Fri on 0203 4021306 & weekends. For an appointment at this practice, please call back on Monday.
If you have COVID symptoms, please go to www.111.nhs.uk or call 111. In a medical emergency, you should dial 999 as usual.
However due to the recent surge in COVID-19 and the pressures on the NHS in North West London, we have been asked as a practice to REDUCE all NON-essential works.
That means if you have a routine appointment or query via the telephone or on e-consult this may be cancelled and all future requests for accessing the service will be screened & triaged for URGENT requests ONLY!!! All other NON-essential (non-urgent) requests may have a delay as to when the practice gets back to you.
We APOLOGISE in advance for any delay or inconvenience caused to you.
The following essential works will be the main focus:
- Serious acute illness and deterioration in long term conditions (Urgent care)
- Supporting digitally excluded/extremely clinically vulnerable patients
- Ensuring essential drug medicines monitoring
- Care home support
- Supporting Mental health and Learning Disability patients
- Covid-19 Vaccinations
If you have COVID Symptoms, please go to www.111.NHS.uk or call 111. In a medical emergency you should dial 999. Thank you for supporting the NHS
This page will be UPDATED as and when new information is provided of when services resume or return to normal.
