Complaints and Suggestions
The practice welcomes any comments, complaints and suggestions regarding the services provided by us. Such comments can be given to any member of staff. We will try to solve the problem or implement the good ideas. We run a Patient Participation Group and your voice for any suggestions and comments will be looked at. If you have any complains, please ask to talk to the Practice Manager or fill out a Complaint Form at the Reception. Our practice complaint’s procedure is advertised on the waiting room notice board.
